BOGLE FARMS is a small family farm located on the outskirts of Orlando, Florida. We have raised Texas Longhorn cattle for about 14 years and began raising Miniature Zebu about 10 years ago.
We keep about 15 top quality Texas Longhorn cows out of some of the finest bloodlines in the country, including WR, Emperor and Superman. All of our cows are registered with the Texas Longhorn Breeders Association and were each chosen for their bright colors and big horns. A number of our cows have over 60 inch horns, measured tip to tip, with one cow with 70 inch horns tip to tip.
We have recently moved toward Miniature Longhorns. We have several true Miniature Longhorns - that is, around 40 inches tall. In addition we are breeding our cows to the great 40 inch tall bull Micro Chip, from John Fore's ranch in Louisiana for Mid Sized Miniature calves. Each year we will continue to offer a select number of calves for sale at reasonable prices.
We also keep about 50 head of very small top quality Foundation Pure Miniature Zebu cows. All of our cattle are registered with the International Miniature Zebu Association and the American Miniature Zebu Association and all but two are 36 inches tall or less. Many of our cows and all of our herd bulls are 34 inches tall or less.
